Welcome to Harmonet Music. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, distribution services, publishing solutions, or any other products offered by Harmonet Music (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using our services immediately.

1. Introduction

Harmonet Music is a digital music distribution, publishing, and content management company serving artists, labels, and creators. These Terms govern your use of all services provided by Harmonet Music, including music distribution, monetization, promotions, publishing, CMS/MCN services, OAC services, and all related tools.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • You own or control the rights to the content you submit.

3. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

  • Any activity occurring through your account is your responsibility.

  • Harmonet Music may suspend or terminate your account if suspicious or illegal activity is detected.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your music, videos, artwork, and other content you upload.
However, by using our services, you grant Harmonet Music a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Distribute your content to partnered platforms

  • Monetize, promote, and manage your content according to your selected services

  • Collect royalties on your behalf

You confirm that your content:

  • Does not infringe any copyright

  • Does not contain illegal, explicit, or harmful material

  • Is fully owned or licensed by you

5. Distribution & Delivery

Harmonet Music will deliver your content to partnered digital platforms including (but not limited to):
Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, YouTube, VEVO, Amazon Music, Facebook, Instagram, Boomplay, TikTok, etc.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Platform processing time

  • Content compliance

  • Metadata accuracy

We reserve the right to reject any release that violates platform guidelines.

6. Royalties & Payments

  • Earnings collected from platforms will be credited to your dashboard/account.

  • Payments will be made according to your selected withdrawal method.

  • Harmonet Music may deduct any applicable taxes, fees, or penalties.

  • Fraudulent streams, fake promotions, or illegal activities will result in royalty withholding or account termination.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are not allowed to:

  • Upload copyrighted content without permission

  • Perform stream manipulation or artificial streaming

  • Use bots, farms, or fake promotion tools

  • Mislead platforms with false metadata

  • Create duplicate or spam releases

Violation of these terms may result in:

  • Release takedowns

  • Royalty cancellation

  • Legal action

  • Permanent account termination

8. Publishing & Copyright Services

If you subscribe to Harmonet Music’s publishing services:

  • We will register your works with societies like IPRS, ASCAP, BMI, etc. (subject to service availability)

  • We will assist in copyright claims, Content ID, and royalty collections

  • You must provide accurate ownership splits and documentation

9. OAC, CMS & MCN Services

For services such as:

  • YouTube Official Artist Channel (OAC)

  • YouTube CMS / Content ID

  • MCN onboarding

  • VEVO channel creation

You agree to:

  • Follow YouTube and partner platform guidelines

  • Provide accurate channel ownership proof

  • Allow Harmonet Music to manage your content rights where applicable

10. Takedowns & Termination

You may request a takedown of your content at any time.
Processing times vary based on platform policies.

Harmonet Music may terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

  • You fail to provide required documents

11. Limitation of Liability

Harmonet Music is not responsible for:

  • Loss of earnings caused by platform errors or policy changes

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms

  • Unauthorized use of your account

  • Content disputes between creators, labels, or contributors

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for our services.

12. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.

13. Changes to Terms

Harmonet Music reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.
