Account Registration

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account.
Music Distribution
3.1 By uploading music to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute your music to various music streaming platforms.
3.2 You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to distribute the music.
Payment Terms
4.1 We will pay you royalties based on the revenue generated by your music on the streaming platforms.
4.2 Payment terms and rates are subject to change.
Intellectual Property
5.1 You retain ownership of your music and related intellectual property rights.
5.2 We retain ownership of the Service and related intellectual property rights.
Termination
6.1 We may terminate or suspend your Account or access to the Service at any time, without notice.
6.2 You may terminate your Account at any time, but this will not affect any existing licenses or agreements.
Liability
7.1 We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Service.
7.2 You are responsible for any damages or losses caused by your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
