Our Journey & Mission
Harmonet Music began with a vision to transform the music ecosystem and uplift creators who often go unnoticed. We recognized the challenges faced by rising artists—limited resources, high distribution fees, piracy issues, difficulty accessing global platforms, and a lack of industry support for regional musicians.
Our founder, Manuranjan Sharma, a young entrepreneur from Assam, India, started his journey at the age of 16. At a very early age, he experienced firsthand how difficult music and video distribution can be for regional and independent artists. He faced numerous challenges—technical barriers, lack of distribution access, minimal industry guidance, and no affordable platform for young creators.
After going through these struggles himself, he realized the need for a different kind of platform—
